Yes, any exterior home renovations, modifications, additions, changes, or alterations must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) before they can be started. Please refer to the Architectural Review page for ARC request form and guidelines.
Per Plantation Point Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, the HOA does not allow parking of any commercial vehicles at any time on driveways, common areas, or public streets in the subdivision except for loading or unloading purposes only. Commercial vehicles are defined in part as any vehicle containing writing/advertising of any kind, including cars, trucks, sport utility vehicles, tractor-trailers, semi-trailers, and commercial trailers, and any commercial vehicle larger than a pickup truck.
Boats, motor homes, watercraft, campers, travel trailers and similar recreational vehicles may only be placed and kept or stored in an enclosed garage or no further than 10' behind the front building line behind landscaping or 6' fence as not to be visible from the street.
Inoperable vehicles, or vehicles under repair must be placed in a closed garage.
Plantation Point follows the City of Rockledge schedule. Standard pickup days are Monday & Thursday for trash, and Monday for recycling.
Special pickups are on Wednesday for items such as furniture, mattresses, dishwashers, washers, dryers, refrigerators, etc. and must be called in prior to noon on Tuesday to be added to the pickup list.
