The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is made up of volunteers with one goal; maximizing home values by preserving the aesthetics of the community according to the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs). The Committee has the responsibility to abide by the CCRs, to maintain the neighborhood according to the standards that make this one of the premier communities in Rockledge. So while sometimes the Committee can get frowned upon because of administering these rules, it is for the benefit of all homeowners of the neighborhood.
Meetings are scheduled on an as needed basis by the Committee.
The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions are the documents in which the committee will base their decision of any Architectural Review Application submitted. The full CCRs can be found on the Documents page for downloading and viewing. By purchasing a home in the community, an agreement was made to abide by the CCRs, and there should be no surprises when it comes to decisions or enforcement of the rules. By maintaining such standards, we are doing everything we can as a community to keep the home values as competitive as possible.
By submitting an Architectural Review Application, you confirm you have read the
Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs) and the request is in accordance with allowed guidelines of the CCRs.
